TMZ has learned that that former WWE star Chyna will not face criminal charges over an alleged incident in which she allegedly beat the daylights out of another woman in a motel room in L.A. As we previously reported, Chyna was named in a criminal complaint filed by a woman named Gabriela Targos, who told LAPD cops that Chyna battered her so badly back in April, she thought she was gonna die. But now, the L.A. City Attorney has officially rejected the case, claiming there's "insufficient evidence" that can prove Chyna carried out the attack. Calls to Chyna have not been returned. Contactmusic.com also reported that investigators contacted hotel security and reportedly learned through hotel staff and security cameras that Gabriela Targos arrived at the hotel with bruises on her prior to meeting with Chyna on the day in question, leading investigators to believe any markings on Gabriela Targos' body were not inflicted by Chyna but instead by a possible third party. Chyna has made no comments regarding the case and has not been seen at public appearances in several months, one thing that is certain, no charges will be filed against Chyna as there is no evidence to support Targo's claims and the case has been closed. 	MY URGANT PLEA TO CHYNA Posted by: admin @ 5:10pm  Filed under: News & Rumors I am writing this blog against my better judgment, but I wont sit back and let a friend kill herself. I have been a Chyna fan since the mid 90s. I remember watching her in the WWE and New Japan. She was an amazing athlete and wrestler. She put on convincing matches and fought the toughest men in the world to become a wrestling legend. Her legacy in wrestling will live on for hundreds of years. Outside of wrestling Chyna has accomplished so much in the film and television industry. Her most recent work includes feature film roles in "The Cougar Club", "Illegal Aliens", "A Night At the Silent Movie Theater", "Losing Control" and "The Grave", along with amazing work in the modeling field with 2 stunning issues of Playboy and her own high fashion book, "Paper Doll". She also appeared in a music video with the band Lovechild and guest hosted several radio shows on LA Radio over the past few years. Her personal life had made a lot of news over the past 5 years as Chyna battled depression, abuse and much more, but after a stint in rehab at the Pasadena Recovery Center in 2007 Chyna seemed to have turned her life around. Chyna began seeing a therapist and devoted herself back to fitness and living a healthy life. She ditched the party scenes and moved into a new home in Burbank and landed several feature film roles. This is around the time that I started talking with Chyna personally. 	ARREST NOT LIKELY FOR CHYNA Posted by: admin @ 7:20am  Filed under: News & Rumors Pro Wrestling Insider Online is reporting that an arrest is unlikley in the Chyna assault investigation. Gabriela Targos, 24 of Los Angeles, CA alleged to cops that Chyna, 39 of Burbank, CA brutally beat her in a hotel, yet six days after reporting the assault no arrests have been made. Had the assault been as bad as Targos said an arrest would have been made right away. Rumors also circulated that Targos had been seen out partying the night of the alleged assault and several nights there after, although alivingwonder.com can not officially confirm this. Pro Wrestling Insider Online has said that Chyna is fully cooperating with investigators at this time. Chyna has not made any public statements about the night of the alleged assault, it is however believed she may have been at the hotel to finish work on a book project, but that report has not been officially confirmed either. 	CHYNA UNDER INVESTIGATION Posted by: admin @ 8:51am  Filed under: News & Rumors TMZ.com has learned former WWE star Chyna has been named in connection with an LAPD battery investigation -- and the alleged victim claims Chyna got so violent, she thought she was going to die. Law enforcement sources tell us the alleged incident went down Saturday night at a motel in Sherman Oaks, CA. Cops wouldn't release any details, but according to the accuser -- the whole thing was like a scene out of a bad wrestling skit. The accuser, Gabriela Targos, tells TMZ Chyna called her up to hang out at the motel Saturday -- but when Gabriela arrived, she claims Chyna immediately snapped and began attacking her for no reason. Targos, who claims she's been friends with Chyna for years, says the former wrestler punched her in the face, dragged her by the hair, beat her with a wire hanger and threatened to kill her. Gabriela claims she somehow managed to run out of the motel room, booked it down the street, and approached some cops who were eating dinner -- who then took a police report. Gabriela claims she met with LAPD detectives Wednesday morning. So far, no arrests have been made. Multiple attempts to reach Chyna for comment were unsuccessful. Webmaster's note: We have not heard the whole story so please hold off on judgement. No arrests have been made six days after the alleged incident took place and Gabriela Targos, has reportedly accused others of assault before only to go back on her statements later. Plus Gabriela Targos is a small woman, if a woman of Chyna's stature and athletic background had done anything to her I think an arrest would have been made right away as you could have seen the evidence on her. Gabriela Targos also never went to the hospital and sources also reported she was seen out at a Night Club later that night, although nothing has been proven yet.
