One year after her departure from the WWF in 2001; Chyna once again made wrestling history by becoming the only woman to compete with men in Japan.
Her match with Chono, one of New Japan's top stars earned her the title of Nikkian Sport's Woman's Wrestler of the year in 2003.
Since hanging up her boots for good no woman has even come close to matching her size, skills and achievements in the sporting world.
Although a few females have had one or two matches with men, none have constantly competed against men, especially at the level that Chyna did. Her three wins as Intercontinental Champion, put her on the map as a superstar and the most dominate female in wrestling history.
She has influenced millions of fans to go for their dreams and has shown her fellow female wrestlers that there is a place for strength and beauty in the world of wrestling. When she debuted she was the only woman on the road with me and broke all gender barriers and stereotypes in the gym and the ring.
Chyna will forever be remember in wrestling as a superstar and a legend. Even though she is no longer competing in wrestling matches, she is a frequent commentator and special guest at the Inoki Genome Federation in Japan.
