Since her debut in the World Wrestling Federation two and a half years ago, Chyna has shattered every stereotype about women in the sports-entertainment business. The Ninth Wonder of the World has proven that she belongs in the Federation just as much as any man, from both a physical and a mental standpoint.

Why then couldn’t Chyna become a full-time superstar? What would happen if the Corporate Ministry’s bodyguard entered the squared circle? How would she fare against Mankind? Against the Rock? Against Stone Cold Steve Austin? Based on what we’ve seen from her already, is there any doubt that she would be successful?

On numerous occasions, Chyna has stated that she has no interest in the Federation Women’s Championship. But the fact that she competed in this year’s Royal Rumble shows that she is interested in the big prize – the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Although a woman has never fought for that title before, Chyna’s first few attempts at entering the squared circle might indicate that she is a strong candidate to head the list. In early January, the Ninth Wonder of the World was a surprise participant in the Corporate Royal Rumble, eliminating Mr. McMahon to earn the 30th spot in the Royal Rumble. At the event, Chyna made Federation history as the first woman to ever compete in the annual battle royal. Immediately upon entering the ring, she attacked Mark Henry, battering "Sexual Chocolate" with a barrage of forearms and kicks, before throwing the 400-pounder over the top rope and out of the match! The next night on RAW IS WAR, Chyna did the unthinkable, turning her back on Triple H and joining Team Corporate. At St. Valentine’s Day Massacre, she teamed with Kane to take on Triple H and X-Pac, and once again shocked the world by pinning Triple H’s shoulders to the mat for the 1-2-3.

Several weeks ago on RAW, the world witnessed Chyna’s latest foray into the squared circle, when Commissioner Michaels ordered her to square off against the "World’s Most Dangerous Man," Ken Shamrock! Chyna got right in his face, never showing any fear or intimidation. So piercing were Chyna’s words that Shamrock gave her a belly-to-belly suplex, and then left ringside before his explosive temper could do any more damage.

We all know that Chyna possesses physical skills comparable to any other Federation Superstar. Her sculpted physique has attracted attention for years. We also know that, like Triple H, Chyna was trained for the mat wars by Walter "Killer" Kowalski, one of the most sadistic madmen ever to hit the ring. The mean streak we have seen in Hunter in recent weeks – implanted in him by Kowalski – is certainly also alive inside Chyna. Never has Chyna shown the slightest sign of fear; in fact, she is often the cause of it. We have seen her get involved in matches constantly, never afraid to do what she must to ensure a victory for her men.

A big reason why Chyna has been able to be so successful is because she is a woman. When the Ninth Wonder of the World gets physically involved in matches, opponents never expect her to be as brutal and as mean-spirited as she is. And oftentimes, her victims refuse to strike back, out of chivalry and respect for the "fair sex." Look at Shamrock on Monday night.

But why should the victories be for her men? Why not for her? She has the size. She has the know-how. She shows no fear. She has wrestled – and defeated – men. She knows how to use the fact that she is a woman to her advantage.

Can you imagine if Chyna was a full-time competitor? If she has already managed to defeat a superstar the caliber of Triple H, then the sky’s the limit! The Ninth Wonder of the World has all the assets necessary to become the first-ever female Federation Champion, and I for one hopes she does something about it.
