Chyna became famous for being the only female to wrestle men in both the WWE and New Japan Wrestling federation. She was the great equalizer and won multiple men's championships. She is one of the most well known athletes in the world today just behind The Rock, Stone Cold and Hollywood Hulk Hogan.

At age 38 Chyna is now retired from the sporting world but still makes special appearances with the Inoki Genome Federation in Japan. She has been working on a film and television career for many years and has been the host of
several television shows, appeared on countless numbers of talk shows and magazine covers and in recent years has been the star of several comedy films and video projects. Most notably, "The Cougar Club" in 2008 and "Illegal Aliens" in 2007. She was also featured in an indy rock music video earlier this year.
Chyna's muscular physique catapulted her to superstardom in the late 90s. Today Chyna looks much different then she did in her wrestling days. Although she is still very physically fit. Chyna has slimmed down her muscular physique a lot.
Today Chyna's workout regimen includes daily trips to the gym where she does pilates, yoga and hour long cardio sessions. Her diet is normally a vegetarian diet, although she does occasionally enjoy a hamburger from time to time. In her new fashion book "Paper Doll" Chyna mentions her new favorite food is spinach.
Chyna's new diet and workout regimen has given her the body fit for modeling. With six pack abs and hard, streamlined muscles, the 38 year old has a body most 28 year olds would love to have.
Chyna showed off her impressive new physique in her book, "Paper Doll" (photography by Emillio O) which features Chyna in over 100 high quality, high fashion photos.
Chyna and Emillio O are currently working on finishing the full color, hardcover sequel to her book as well as a new perfume and cosmetic line from Chyna.
Even though modeling is her top priority right now, Chyna will return to the small screen in the new comedy DVD, "A Night At the Silent Movie Theater" this fall and don't be surprised if you see Chyna make a few more special guest appearances as a commentator or special announcer in the Inoki Genome Federation somewhere down the road.
