Chyna has been a music lover since her early childhood. She is a very skilled cellist, drummer and pianist. Chyna's music career began in 2003 as a drummer and back up vocalist on Reggie Benjamin's debut CD, 2X-CENTRIX which was a huge hit in India, the home country of Reggie Benjamin. Chyna went to record another CD with Reggie, Ride which rose to number 4 on the Billboard Dance Music Charts in America. Her first solo track was also released, called Chyna Girl, a re-mix of the 1980's David Bowie hit, China Girl
In 2004 Chyna took the singing to a new level and formed her own Rock band, The Chynna Dolls and performed at the Roxy and Elrey Theaters as well as The Grove, Barfly and The Hollywood Athletic Center. She even performed twice on The Howard Stern Show
Chyna decided to stop singing in 2005 to focus on her acting and modeling career but she has done minor work as a drummer for the band, Plastic Jones and will be in the band Lovechild's new music video on January 27,2009
